Promotions Manager

Mount Wilson FM Broadcasters, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to oversee promotions for its radio stations. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of radio promotions and on-site events.

Daily Duties:

Develop, strategize, create and execute strategies that support ratings goals & initiatives for each station
Develop sales and promotional opportunities
Strategize annual branding plan for each station and create an on-air and online promotional calendar
Oversee Promotions Department

Collaborate with On-Air Personalities, Account Executives, Digital Director, Webmaster, and Programming Department
Manage street team 
Manage third-party clients & partners
Create on-air contest copy and contest rules
Manage radio promotional budgets for on air giveaways, premiums and campaigns
Oversee promotions and giveaways, including fulfillment of promotions and giveaways
Works with General Counsel on contest rules
Manage and implement all marketing and promotional assets 
Collaborate with senior management on various initiatives

Job Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Experience working with sales leadership, marketing, promotions, activations, and clients
Experience working with radio promotions
Prior experience leading/managing radio remotes, concerts, and events
Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines
Comfortable in a fast-paced sales-driven work environment
Proficient in MS Office applications
Must be willing to work from our office in Los Angeles, CA

BENEFITS:

The salary range is $60,000-70,000. Mount Wilson FM Broadcasters offers:
