We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our dynamic team and
advance the growth of our station group and related platforms. Albuquerque and Santa Fe are

Position Overview:
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive
strategy to maximize profitability by gathering the largest and most desirable audience with our
broadcast and digital platforms and enabling our clients and partners to effectively advance their
business and strategic interests through our products. You will oversee the sales team, build strong
relationships with key clients, and collaborate with the marketing, programming, and management
teams to drive business growth. This is a high-level position ideal for a seasoned leader with a deep
understanding of the radio industry and a proven track record of exceeding sales and profitability
targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Enterprise Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of managers and their staffs to
grow and maintain a competitive audience market share; establish and achieve revenue
targets; and drive new business development in broadcast sales, digital sales, and event
marketing.
Community Service: Dedicate our brands and our colleagues to provide meaningful service
and goodwill to the communities that we serve through collaboration with our clients, our
partners and our audience
Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase and maintain advertising
revenue across the brands of the company, including local, regional, and national clients.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key
clients, agencies, and partners to ensure continued business success.
Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer
needs to identify growth opportunities and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship to sales
staff, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge needed to succeed.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop sales and operational forecasts; monitor revenue
projections; and manage the market budget to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Collaboration: Work closely with the programming, marketing, and operations teams to create
effective client driven promotional campaigns and align sales efforts with overall company
goals.
Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on sales performance, key metrics, and KPIs to
senior management.
