What We Need:
The Account Coordinator's role is responsible for supporting one or more salespersons for all aspects of account management during the sales and selling cycle. Maintain assigned accounts on a day-to-day basis after the close of a sale, from order booking through invoice clearance. The position has frequent contact with tech partner, billing and account management teams.
The position is focused on exceeding our customers' post sale needs, while adhering to all internal policies and processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsibilities:
  • Data Entry of all ordered deals into Katz systems
  • Maintain schedule changes, both internal and external, including follow-up with agencies and stations
  • Monitor all deals to ensure KPIs are achieved as well as schedule accuracy.
  • Timely distribution of advertiser delivery reports.
  • Collaborate with team in weekly meetings and maintenance of account status reports.
  • Support and enhance agency relationships by monitoring all requests.
  • Communicate daily with team members to resolve any traffic issues and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Work closely with billing to reconcile and clear invoices in a timely manner, monitor accounts receivable, and issue invoice adjustments.

What You'll Need:

  • Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a sales support or operational support role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Have a solutions-based approach, communicate at a high level, prioritize workflow.
  • An understanding of media sales or strong desire to learn about media sales.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
