What We Need:
In this role you will lead the management and future development of the Katz Digital Audio and Video Data Management Platform, have ongoing engagement with the media sales and internal operation teams, engage with current and new publishing partners, and help to grow our diverse customer base. As part of the Katz Digital leadership team, you will work to support our dynamic growth in both managed and programmatic businesses through the development of targeted audience segments, campaign optimizations and attribution enablement, ensuring successful performance against KPI's set by the customer.
Be part of an exceptional team and the fastest growing unit within Katz Media, working within our Operations group as a liaison between the media sales team, our customer base, and our publishing partners. As a critical member of our leadership team, you will play a key role in combining best-in-class technology and targeting solutions, with the hyper engaging audio and video content we sell, utilizing advertising inventory across hundreds of premium audio streaming, podcasting, and CTV Video platforms. Here is a little more about the role and what is required:

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and manage our Data Management Platform
• Work effectively across our digital offerings to support and help drive sales while effectively being able to communicate internally and externally.
• Creation and curation of targeted audience segments from 1P and 3P sources including onboarding and stewarding data from both publishers and advertisers
• Working to ensure successful campaign performance, measured by attribution from internal and external sources.
• Build new and effective audience segments to support our business
• Helping to lead efforts to deliver KPI's / goals set by our customers fueling increases in budget from advertising brands and partners.

What You'll Need:

• Have 3-5 years of digital media experience.
• Experience with Audio and/or Video Ad serving technology tools and/or companies
• Background and experience in Data, Analytics, and/or Attribution
• Ability to effectively communicate complex ad tech components with less sophisticated constituencies.
• Ability to help produce materials that make Ad Tech components understandable for external constituencies
• Willingness to not only strategize but help implement details for campaign and data success
• IAB or other digital certifications are encouraged but not required


  • Have a 4-year, or higher, college degree

What You'll Bring:


Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
