What We Need:
Lead support of sales, managing flow of business in both political and podcast space. Will work to proactively build plans, track performance, and ensure all client needs are met.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for achieving and exceeding targeted advertising sales revenues for the market and for controlling sales expenses especially during the political season.
  • May direct other functions such as marketing, advertising, production, traffic and sales operations.
  • Directs sales processes to generate revenue.
  • Obtains, allocates and adjusts operations resources to achieve sales and service goals.
  • Work in tandem with sales on client facing collateral to proactively secure business and capture performance.
  • Involvement in ongoing build out of podcasting business to secure new clients + manage inventory supply.
  • Brings wealth of contacts and knowledge to effectively navigate the political media landscape

What You'll Need:

Qualifications:

  • 4 years college degree
  • Media, digital, or political experience
  • Ability to work in high-pressure environment.
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

$68,000 - $85,000
