What We Need:
Katz Digital is seeking an Account Manager to join their CTV team in New York.
As an Account Manager, you will help facilitate and oversee all digital business operations for our CTV offering. You will collaborate with our sales teams across various offices and serve as a key liaison for our clients. The ideal candidate is a team player who excels in multitasking, possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills, and demonstrates strategic thinking. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, take initiative, and be solution-oriented.
What You'll Do:
- Develop a working knowledge of all digital assets + systems used to facilitate CTV business.
- Develop and maintain client facing relationships.
- Ensure the needs of the client are met in a timely manner.
- Plan and help manage digital campaigns for clients to ensure KPIs are met.
- Act as an extension of the sales team by assisting with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications and deliverables.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights recommendations that influence short term / long term digital media strategy for our advertisers
- Participate in media/campaign strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions as requested.
- Collaborate with sales on strategy for advertiser retention.
- Participate in weekly meetings with leadership to discuss the current state of business.
What You'll Need:
- 4 years college degree
- 3+ years of Media or digital experience
- Ability to work in high-pressure environment with accuracy
- Organized and strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a willingness to take ownership of key initiatives
- Effective, professional communication skills
What You'll Bring:
- Respect for others and a strong belief that others should do this in return
- Confidence to prospect and quickly build rapport with customers
- Knowledge of the media industry and related sales processes
- Desire to broaden sales capabilities and knowledge base

- Strong written and verbal communication, comfortable applying active listening and influencing skills to drive sales

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data. In addition to salary, this position is also eligible for commissions.
